Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellations

A pro-forma order can be canceled up until payment is made. Orders for plain stock can be canceled or returned for a refund within 14 days of the order. Items sourced from overseas, or that have been custom-made cannot be returned.

Returning your items

If for any reason you wish to return your items, do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to discuss options.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. To return an item please contact us so we can organise a return address. Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

Please note that printed stock is non-returnable due to being bespoke. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

Damaged or faulty orders

For orders that have been damaged in transit, please provide evidence to us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

Refunds

All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving and checking the returned goods. If the returned goods are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable, then the goods will be returned and no refund given.

Exceptions

If there is a printing error deemed to be our fault, we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund as above. Please note, we would need evidence provided before the item is returned, please contact us directly.
